Prospect in the Spotlight (Feb 13-14): Nina Nikolija Milosevic

Introduction

Saturday, February14th, Serbian Swedish-Australian bantamweight prospect Nina Nikolija Milosevic will be in action for Brave CF, where she will be looking continue her winning ways against Dina Osman. She will be looking for another win, as Milosevic looks to inch closer to a UFC contract. She represents Family Fight Team, a solid camp in MMA. Let’s take a closer look at this prospect as this week’s “Prospect Spotlight.”

Strengths

Striking and Top Game: Milosevic is a solid, rounded fighter that doesn’t seem to struggle in any facet of the game. She has good, crisp striking on the feet, where she strings together combinations well and lands at a solid clip. She takes good angles, which set up her combinations, as well as the occasional takedown. When on the mat, she has a strong grappling acumen from the top. She has three knockouts and two submissions, which further shows her well-roundedness.

Experience/Activity: Milosevic has a pretty extensive career thus far, even if she only has eight pro bouts. She fought 13 amateur fights, which included taking the IMMAF Championship, a prestigious amateur organization. She’s also been insanely active on the regional scene. In 2025, Milosevic fought a whopping five times, scoring four first-round finishes and winning the TFC Championship by decision.

Needs Improvement

Defensive Grappling: The one time we’ve seen Milosevic show some sign of weakness is when she had to stay defensive and stave up the grappling of Cecilie Bolander. Bolander, a top prospect in Europe, was able to outgrapple Milosevic, though Milosevic definitely put up a spirited fight. As she moves up in competition level, that defensive grappling will be further put to the test.

Outlook

UFC Midcarder: Milosevic is a big fish in a small pond of talent that is the women’s bantamweight division. I believe she’s yet to hit her prime and she’s already UFC ready. There are plenty of competitive fights for her in the UFC women’s bantamweight division. Her current opponent, Dina Osman, is undefeated right now, so theoretically she could test Milosevic. That said, I think Milosevic should win this fight no problem and further solidify her status as a top female bantamweight prospect in the world.
